1. The time period for returns is 30 days.
2. Returns are required to be returned in original packaging.
3. Product must be in new, unused condition.
4. Customers are required to contact the company first to obtain the return materials authorization (RMA) number.
5. Customers are the responsible party for all return shipping costs and insurance and must use a traceable shipping method.
